Unable to lease the corner building of a Wegman’s / Alamo Drafthouse Cinema-anchored shopping center in Charlottesville, our client sought our expertise to create an active community-engaged area.

Revel redesigned and reimagined that empty corner into The Yard, a 15,000-square-foot, multi-tenant beer garden featuring a variety of local restaurants surrounding a common seating area with games and a container bar. The Yard opened in May 2018.
