Operations

Destination retail runs more like a hotel than a traditional retail center. That’s why we started STHRN Hospitality Co, a bespoke F+B management company.

STHRN operates restaurants, bars, food halls, social clubs and other hospitality- focused efforts on behalf of institutional real estate owners, under hotel-like management contracts. It provides a range of services to clients, from initial conceptualization all the way to day-to-day operations and management.
