Our adaptive reuse of Atlanta’s first cooperative milk bottling plant has won numerous awards, and utilized tax credits to help fund the conversion of this historic nine-acre urban renewal project into a center of southern arts and culture.

This mixed-use hub honors Atlanta’s industrial heritage while embracing innovative architecture. Centered on a half-acre public green space, the property is anchored by The Eastern, AEG’s first Atlanta live music room. The Dairies features outdoor live music venues, art galleries, restaurants, bars, a diner, creative office space and apartments.
