Bank Of American Plaza in Atlanta was once the most prestigious office building in the city (it’s still the tallest in the Southeast). But by 2019 its soaring (empty) pink granite lobby felt dated. Always oddly located --neither downtown nor truly midtown-- the building was benefiting from an explosion of tech office development nearby. But set far back the street, the building felt isolated.

New owners brought in Revel to help re-envision the ground floor experience at BOA Plaza. We created and budgeted a three-part plan that involved re-working the existing tenant cafeteria, developing a new “jewel box” retail building and Bryant Park-esque greenspace along Peachtree Street, and filling the lobby with a coffee shop, bar, management office and private event space.
