The developer of the Charleston’s first new office building in decades retained Revel to assist with the design and development of the retail areas. With a technology incubator anchor tenant and a mandate from the city to grow and retain local tech companies, Revel analyzed multiple development scenarios – including food halls- before settling on a more traditional retail design with a focus on exterior courtyards and a merchandizing list of local operators.
