The developer of the largest mixed-use QOZ project in Atlanta called us in to serve as their retail advisor throughout the pre-development and development.

From initial strategy to ongoing design and budgeting to assisting with leasing and merchandising, Revel has been involved in all parts of this project. We’ve also been tasked with helping to create and execute short-term “activations” including a private event space, artist studios, and a public beer garden.

When finished the nine-acre site -- located on a Beltline spur connecting Mercedes Benz Stadium with the new 200-acre Westside Park-- will contain over 500,000 sf of office, a hotel, hundreds of apartment units and over 50,000 sf of retail.
