Revel was asked by Franklin Mountain Industries to help them convert the historic (and long-vacant) Kress Department store in downtown El Paso into a regional entertainment destination

Revel has worked hand in glove with the local development team on all aspects of the project, from initial strategy and feasibility through design, marketing, budgeting, operations and leasing.

When it opens in 2025 it will be one of the most significant adaptive reuse projects in the American Southwest.
