Revel was brought in by hotel ownership to lead the pre-development, entitlement, design and acquisition of an additional development site for the Ellis Hotel from the city’s transit authority. This effort was focused on increasing F+B and event opportunities for the existing historic hotel. [paragraph break here] After completing a detailed pre-development analysis, we prepared and submitted a bid package on behalf of Ownership, which then successfully acquired a long-term ground lease on the property.
