The developer of a prototype age-restricted apartment project charged Revel with creating a replicable amenity package.

We took it a step further and redefined the entire project as hospitality-first / residential-second. We designed a series of hotel-like services along with manpower and capital budgets and— with a retail architect we brought along— a package of unique amenities that have allowed the developers to create a truly unique luxury housing product.
