Located in the emerging East Atlanta Village neighborhood, these five original buildings were largely abandoned when purchased in 2015. The seven shop spaces totaling 20,000 square feet of historic main street retail were fully renovated, from new systems and roofs to storefronts and signage.

They are now occupied by a variety of local boutiques, makers and restaurants — including award-winning Emerald City Bagels and best new Atlanta restaurant Banshee — and are a now vital part of the thriving East Atlanta commercial district.
