Hampton Station is an adaptive reuse project situated along the Swamp Rabbit Trail in Greenville, SC.

Part of a larger mixed-use development, the original building was well developed but suffering from a number of covid-related vacancies. Revel created a retail redevelopment plan to ownership that re-oriented the building towards the trail, improved connectivity, added new artist and maker spaces, and resulted in returning the building back to 100% occupancy
