A public-private partnership between the city of Evansville, Indiana and a private developer sought Revel’s expertise with the programming and design of a new multi-family development project in the city’s downtown core.

Revel created an executable and achievable development plan for the first floor and the adjacent pocket park spaces envisioned as a lively extension of the burgeoning downtown commercial district, with a small park and programmable and flexible commercial spaces.
