The city of Miramar, Florida had entered into a public-private partnership to develop a town center around the new city hall, but the mixed-use project opened during the recession and was never fully developed or leased.

Revel was retained to create multiple development plans to complete the unfinished portions of the project, increase visitor traffic and boost retail tenant sales so the city could finally realize the true vibrancy it initially envisioned for its town center.
