Holder Properties brought on Revel to help with their Nowell Creek Village project on Daniel Island in Charleston, SC. 

The Revel team focused on the retail development portion of the project, and made multiple adjustments to the existing multi-phase / mixed-use plan

The final result was a 30,000 sf marsh-front retail village, connected by boardwalks and common green spaces.
