Completely vacant for almost a decade, this abandoned 1950s mall was located on a desolate stretch of Memorial Drive. 

But it lay clearly in the path of commercial and residential progress. Seeing value where few others did, we purchased the center in 2016 and completely renovated it. Anchored by Floor & Decor’s first intown store, it is now a thriving commercial hub and fully leased to national-credit tenants.
