The former Lindbergh City Center, built in 2000, was the first Transit Oriented Development in the Southeast. But by and large the project’s potential had never been fully realized; half of the retail space has never been occupied since its construction.

Revel was asked to lead the redevelopment and re-leasing of the ground floor retail, from strategy to design to marketing,  merchandising and events. Our vision: an immigrant-focused street food and streetwear collaboration, bringing the best of intown retail along with the best of Buford Highway food. Construction began in 2022, and retailers began moving in in 2023
