A client in Florida asked Revel to determine if a food hall was a feasible solution for an empty 40,000-square-foot grocery store. After assessing the market, determining likely visitor traffic and potential sales, we determined that a food hall, while possible, was a high-risk / low-return endeavor and counseled our clients against the move.
