Developed in 2019, the Eddy is located in a formerly industrial area on the banks of the Chattahoochee River. 

With backing from the municipality and wanting to create a real sense of place in an emerging area (and along a part of the river that previously had seen little recreational use) the developer retained Revel to help design, budget, develop and lease ground-level retail spaces that fronted the river. After several rounds we designed a ground floor experience that incorporated the leasing office with Chattahoochee Coffee’s third shop, a new production facility and tasting room for Reformation Brewery, and an outpost of local favorite Grand Champion Barbeque

Apartment leasing exceeded the developer’s expectations, both in pace at at rental rates above pro forma.
